Toby Moses attended the Institute of Culinary Education and is the Culinary Arts Instructor at Yeshivat Frisch, where she created and runs a unique cooking curriculum for soon-to-be high school graduates. She brings fun and passion to every kitchen, and takes pride in making practical food skills accessible to all.
