EFRAT blends jazz, jewish music and the old-time roots and traditions of both into a fun filled set of music from around the world. Efrat is a multi-instrumentalist (violin, viola, piano,
mandolin & more!), as well as a composer and singer who has worked with Grammy winners and top artists in jazz (Joe Magnarelli, Harry Whitaker) and in classical (performing with the Shira Festival Orchestra in Israel under Zubin Mehta) and as concertmaster for 80s pop icon Olivia Newton John. EFRAT uses her eclectic experience to create fun shows full of the world old and new. With a few originals thrown in, there is something for everyone!
