The Jewish Heritage Museum of Monmouth County presents a virtual (online) program with Arthur L. Finkle, Shofar sounder, author, educator, historian, and mediator discussing Shofar His-tory and Technique, on Thursday, September 17, 2020, at 10:30AM. Admission is free. Finkle, author of Shofar: History, Technique and Jewish Law (2015) and The Easy Guide to Shofar Sounders (2000), will facilitate a discussion and demonstration of the Shofar, its history, musicality, and religious significance.
Arthur L. Finkle is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Rutgers University with an MGA degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a certificate in Religious Education from the Hebrew Union College, Cincinnati, Ohio.
