Leadership Development

Leadership development programs empower people of all ages to explore their commitment to Jewish causes, deepen their understanding of communal needs and solutions, and hone their skills for engaging others in shared responsibility for the wellbeing and future of the Jewish community.

    This teen philanthropy program asks, "What if you had $5,000 to make the world a better place?" then empowers participants to make it happen.

  • J-Serve


    J-Serve is the International Day of Jewish Teen Service filled with local community service projects with friends old and new.

  • Tanzman Fellowship


    Participants spend a year learning from experts, participate in a mission to Israel, and go on to assume a Federation leadership role.

  • The Harriet Tabak Fund


    This fund, given by Harriet's loving family in her memory, enables Jewish Women from our area to participate in leadership development.
