The entire community is invited for a special screening of Names Not Numbers in the upstairs Social Hall at Ahavas Achim on the observance of Tisha B'Av, this Sunday, August 11, at 2:30 p.m. (Mincha will be at 2:00 p.m.).
Researched, filmed, edited, and produced by the eighth grade students of RPRY (Class of 2018) in conjunction with a nationally recognized program, this moving and inspirational film interweaves conversations with Holocaust survivors from our community with the reflections of the students who recorded their accounts for posterity. Tisha B'Av is a most appropriate day to remember the tragedy of the Shoah, and we encourage all adults and children ages 11 and up to join us for this important presentation.
