“All my bones declare: God, who is like you?” psalm 35:10

We are commanded to love God bechol me’odecha – with all our being.

How do we experience these words and thoughts beyond just speaking them, to become more present in our bodies when we pray?

. There are many examples of movement in our prayers and texts. We will explore some of these passages using somatic movement practices and meditations to guide us towards gaining a deeper understanding and more authentic embodied prayer experience filled with kavannah.

No movement experience necessary.

All movements are gentle but feel free to sit and watch.

Wear comfortable clothing.

All activities can be done sitting and/or standing (or even lying down.)
