Jewish Federation in the Heart of New Jersey, with Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ and Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey, presented the H.A.R.M. (Hostility, Aggression, and Rage Management) Training Webinar with the goal of making the Jewish Community safer.

The training session was led by Steven Crimando, an internationally known consultant and educator specializing in crisis management and emergency response. Attendees learned how to recognize and address anxiety, anger, and hostility.

The program started with a special address to the community from Jared M. Maples, Director of the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness.
